What a great experience! All four of us enjoyed everything we ordered. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was friendly. We are going putting Blue Door on our list for when we are in Chicago next.
We were there for our anniversary, on a Sunday brunch. We noted this on the reservation. Not really any recognition of our celebration, not looking for freebies, but a happy anniversary is always nice. Having been to other Art Smith restaurants we expected better food and service. The server forgot to put in our appetizers and we waited over 15 mins from being sat to get anyone at our table, and it was not crowded. Was lovely and ao much nicer than last 3 times we've gone! I Always good but dining upstairs is such a much nicer, lovely, quite and pleasant dining experiencethan in the regular downstairs loud and clanky room. If we could eat upstairs every time we would go there so much more often!!!!
