Placed an order for pick up instead of delivery by accident. No confirmation that the order was made so I called after about 1 hr 30 min. The staff cleared up the clarification so I went to pick up. As I'm in line the only lady working says "What you want?" and I said order for pick up. She then was extremely rude in her tone as she pointed to where the pick ups are which have no "pick up" sign. She then made a "dumb" face to me in front of other customers that were in line and quite honestly it was embarrassing. Unfortunate that I get lunch from here almost 2-3 times a week and this incident has left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be going to this location and would definitely not recommend to anyone I know. The shift this incident took place was 3/30/2024, around the time of 11:00 am - 1:30 PM.

They don’t update their app. Even if they did I never got my food. When I called to ask for a status update they hung up on me. Rude staff for the second time and I will never order from here again. Honestly don’t sign up for a customer service job if you can’t handle it. Go work at McDonalds.

I'm surprised that the Jimmy John franchise allows these clowns to use their name. The food tastes good and it's close to home. And that's the only reason that I eat there. -- if you decide to stop by, get ready to be served some attitude with your meal.You never know what kind of mood the staff is in that day. There's always several "employees" standing around and hanging out in the area where the food is being made caring on conversations. At best, the cashiers are disinterested and there's one little boy who's downright rude. The tables are usually dirty. And somebody brings her baby with her to work. That place is a hot mess. ?

I ordered food and was charged for it on Sunday night, and then it was never delivered. When I went to call, the venue was closed. When I visited the app, it said my food was delivered, so I was charged, and received nothing.

I walked in, saw three employees. One was on their cell phone, another making sandwiches, and the other standing at the register less than thrilled to see me. I placed my order and decided to pay with cash. The person who took my order seemed annoyed by that and explained that his computer was "jacked up", but he took my money anyway. When he was waiting for the computer to work, he walked around the store to check the drink fountain. His pants were hanging so low, I was able to see everything. When he came back over to the register, he finally gave me my change and hollered over at the person making the sandwiches and stated what it was I ordered. Person making sandwiches was also annoyed and had attitude while making my sandwich. I asked for extra mayo, and you would not believe the amount on this sandwich. When I opened my sandwich, it was absolutely swimming in mayo. It was smeared all over the sandwich, inside and out, as well as all over the wrapper. I don't know if that was done on purpose to be sarcastic or if this person actually thought I wanted half a jar of mayo on my sandwich. Also, more than half the lunch meat was folded over to one side, the lettuce was brown, and the bread crushed. I never had a bad experience here before, but this was off putting.

Had horrible food poisoning from this place. I love Jimmy John's and have never had a problem before but this establishment made me so sick

Waited over an hour for my delivery. Finally got the delivered notification, but my sandwich was no where to be found. Called the store. The person who answered the phone was arguing with the delivery person while I just sat back and listened. Just very unprofessional. They delivered it to the wrong building. She told me she would refund me. That never happened. So I called customer service and they said either dispute the charge with my bank or they would have the store call me to get a credit. I opted for the credit, but now I’m regretting it because I just read the plethora of terrible reviews for this store and I will not be back. The location on division is nice if you’re over that way.

The owner of this Jimmy John's should really take a look at their staff. I'd be ashamed at the way they treat customers. Loud music, screaming at each other in the back, having a general attitude of being extremely bothered when a customer is trying to order food and even screaming and cursing at one couple because THEY forgot to make one of their sandwiches. I've seen bad service before but I've never seen staff scream and curse at consumers. Not a manager in sight to manage a very tense and wildly rude situation. Highly recommend against spending your money in such a poorly run business with truly rude people.

two girls working on June 18 at 2pm were so rude. said they wanted to fight me. there was miscommunication but they made the environment so hostile because i was trying to communicate to them what was wrong about my sandwich. terrible experience.
