Are you guys ok here? I’m genuinely asking. I watched someone refill all the meat proteins you have while standing there. I assumed someone would come over so I could make an order but the line just kept getting longer as we watched her refill every single one. I asked after thinking she was done if I could order. She looked at me with a glazed look as if I was another person from another dimension with no response. After we all watched her, fill everything up she then decided to start my order. I had to repeat everything at least twice with the glazed blank look the entire time. You guys had at least five people working there that I could see and I was kind of shocked that not even one person decided to come over to help this poor girl or even to help take my order while she refilled every thing that was half empty. The vibes in there were giving we wish none of you were here. Even people in line were quite shocked and we spoke out loud about it. Not one employee said one thing. I asked for two chips with salsa and guacamole 4 times. You would’ve thought that I was speaking some alien language. Either you guys are paying these poor employees next to nothing or someone in Managment needs to give everyone a peptalk and just make sure that nobody had a stroke.

Came on a Saturday afternoon. Clean, inviting, staff were friendly and it wasn't super busy. Food was fantastic and fresh -- we were pleasantly surprised despite the rating (lol). Will definitely return

This is a good place for a fresh fast dining casual meal. They are constantly getting new options. I ordered a bowl with the chicken flavors were excellent. Service is always top notch!
Their service was so friendly and fast, and their fresh food matched the quality of the atmosphere. The food is great! I love the carne asada, the salsas are good, the bowls, tacos and burritos are delicious and always a good portion.
