I guess I'm a bit slow, but this is the first time I've tried a Chipotle. The atmosphere was very stark and boring, the counter person was unfriendly, and the food was absolutely godawful. I'll stick to locally owned and managed restaurants from now on, of which there are plenty.

The workers here will intentionally skimp you out on certain ingredients, forcing you to ask for more, then inform the cashier to up charge you for “double protein.” For the record, they underserved me black beans in my veggie bowl, and when I asked for more, they didn’t clarify it was going to be extra up until it was time for me to pay; and even then, I wasn’t informed about the up charge, the cashier was. Never once, of all the times I’d go here (I work down the street from this location), was I ever charged extra all because an employee felt the need to be stingy with the black beans in my bowl. This experience aside, the food is overpriced for what it is, and the dining areas are always left filthy. Go to a different location if you can help it - this one sucks!

Everyone who works there act like they hate their job (except the girl w. the blue hair) which is extremely confusing because no one is forcing them to work there lmao. You can walk in there happy as hell and your mood will decline immediately because they all have terrible attitudes and mugging

The staff here is great! The dining area really needs to be cleaned regularly, it’s always dirty and nasty to eat in. But the reason for 1 star is I got food poisoning from here and will NEVER go back. I had a chicken burrito bowl btw. But never again.

They got my order completely wrong like they were not even looking at what they were scooping. Will never order delivery again from this chipotle. Ordered around 8pm 8/22.

I purchased a carryout burrito at this location. I was charged for guacamole that I did not order or receive (I would never sully a burrito with guacamole). I brought my receipt in expecting an apology and a refund. Instead I was dismissively told that too much time had passed for a refund.The lessons? 1. Check your receipt to make sure that they do not charge you for items you did not order or receive here like they did to me. 2. If they do charge you for something that you didn't order or receive do not expect an apology or refund. 3. If they do charge you for something that you did not order or receive make sure you take time out from your schedule (since you have nothing better to do) to return there in a timely manner to attempt to get a refund or they will simply keep the money that they took from you.

I said steak burrito with brown rice and black beans please. A young African woman who serving me kept asking me what kind of rice I want three times. What bean? What meat? I had to repeat everything three times. Was she on something? Her mind was somewhere else.
