Went here 20 mins before closing, and they already closed off, turned off soda machines, and had no food except rice and cheese. Employees here are lazy and didn’t want to work. If a place closes at 5, that means that there should still be food and options until 5pm. Shame on chipotle for allowing this kind of behavior.
Another time, my boyfriend had a bleeding finger and we asked for a band aid and the employee said “no we can’t give you a bandaid because it’s only for employees.” I’m sorry but if someone, a paying customer especially, is bleeding and you do not want to help with even providing a bandaid is ridiculous.
Maybe do some employee training on your staff to better the chain.

I stopped eating chipotle for the longest time today i decided to back to give one final shot. Paid $13 for the brisket bowl and they gave me the brisket in a guac cup. since when 2 oz meat is standard portion what a joke.

I have had consistently disappointing experience every time I have bought from this chipotle. The lady who wraps my burritos does a poor job, it feels like only my orders are handled this way. I am not sure if this happens to all customers, but it’s been enough to make me not want to return to this chipotle place.

They gave me a bowl with barely any rice inside, and when I asked for more, they literally gave me an about two tsp amount.

Don't waste your time! This location is constantly understaffed and the few people who do work there couldn't care less about getting your order right. Doesn't matter if you wait in the ridiculously long line to order in person or do it online, they won't get it right. Anytime you do order online the portion size will be about half of what you get if you order in person. Time for a change in management!

Always running out of main ingredients way before they close. Multiple times I’ve gotten here way before they close, and they tell me they’re out of rice, beans, etc, and that they’re not making any more for the night.
