This is one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. The staff is always rude. Give you crumbs for servings and if you ask for a little more of anything they say it will be an extra charge and the manager is sooooo rude! Dining room is never clean and there is always food on the floor and on the seats.Rice is ALWAYS crunchy & they over use the lemon juice in everything! Customer service is no existent at this place. Overall just a bad experience. Gave me half a spoon of Guac and called that a full serving. Manager was sarcastic about it too. I’m just gonna have to make the drive to Chipotle on Cermak & Cicero for my lunch breaks now.

My daughter always orders there but this time it was a bad dish. One did not bring meat and the other brought but a pittance of meat and mine brought but this is like half of what the order always is and in the end they only discount the meat that did not come on the plate for another I go and return their meal.

My first time at this chipotle was terrible. I walked in with my boyfriend and my daughter at around 7:45pm. We stood around waiting for someone to take our order for a while and no one greeted us at all. It seemed like no one wanted to help take our order. Instead, all of the workers were rushing to clean and close up even though they close at 10pm. I needed to use the restroom on my way out and there were chairs in the way. I asked an associate why the bathrooms were closed and she responded “because we’re closing early.” I was confused but I just walked out because it wasn’t worth arguing with some kid over it. Every worker there seems like they hate their job and you can tell by the way they work and their mannerisms. Do better.
I don't know why I try to order veggie bowl on app, can always count the amount of veggies on one hand (and I asked for extra).

It’s the workers. Especially the females with the bad make up. I walked in and saw a girl giving a customer a hard time about putting more food in his bowl that he agree on paying extra for the portions. she had the nastiest attitude,I did a 360 and walked tf out. I’m trying to figured out why the workers catch an attitude with customers about wanting extra portions? I’m confused, are the extra portions coming out of the workers pockets? Are they paying? Nah I didn’t think so. Management needs to retrain all of them, the food is bland, customer service sucks, portions sucks and yall guacamole is ALWAYS BROWN. get it together.

I got there at 9:40 requested a burrito but they said they couldn’t make it because they started cleaning the machine/equipment..I asked if i can wait once it’s clean to get my order they said they weren’t making burritos for the night; i asked for a burrito but instead in a bowl , they tried charging me for a bowl price and seem unhappy to make my order. Pretty disappointed from a new location. I pretty much wont be back here for a while.
