Employees are rude asl for no reason. I ordered 4 bowls which I get is frustrating especially during rush hour, but twin you literally applied to this job??? bro was shaking his head whispering “15 more minutes” which like i get it, but that’s rude af honestly.

Hopefully people that work here read this because the chicken was so burnt that beats all the flavors practically unbeatable I purchased around noon ,Hopefully they stop burning their regular chicken..

I never have had a problem with this chipotle as it's the one nearest to me i have been at various times of the day. Always quick, efficient, no rude staff, will let you know wait times for certain food items, clean and friendly, get my orders right. I have even been 10 minutes to closing and received great service. The ONLY problem is the High-school near by, this leads to a very packed place and messy atmosphere from 2-4. In that time frame yes i see how issues could arise, but it is NOT staff's fault if its treated like a lunch cafeteria to loiter with friends.

The girl with the awesome lipstick makeup is a girls girl and let me use the bathroom even tho she’d already cleaned and closed it super grateful for her!! The food was so yummy and they accommodated me even tho they were closing so so soon I was very thankful to everyone here. A great team of people with excellent customer service and the food was fresh and tasty!

This place is really great, it’s properly maintained,employees help you with their recommendations, it’s just GREAT! I ordered a brisket meat bowl which btw I 100% recommend if you like spice. The pricing wasn’t that bad either for what you get, so expect getting your money worth.

They use way too much lime in the black beans! I got a burrito bowl with beans chicken and fajitas and had all I could do to finish it. It was way too sour!!!

I placed an order on the chipotle app and got it done by this location. The salsa wasn’t closed properly and it spilled all over the bag. And the chicken was on my bowl was burt.
Worst bowl I ever had. Brown quac. I think it was mixed with everything else well so it wasn’t too noticeable. Salsa thats probably been made way before new year. Rotten tomatoes.Almost no meat. Just some leftovers from the bottom of the pan probably. And I paid extra for carne asada. It was a web order. I was using them for many years as I work nearby but I don’t know when I will be brave enough to overcome this traumatic experience))))

This is one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. The staff is always rude. Give you crumbs for servings and if you ask for a little more of anything they say it will be an extra charge and the manager is sooooo rude! Dining room is never clean and there is always food on the floor and on the seats.Rice is ALWAYS crunchy & they over use the lemon juice in everything! Customer service is no existent at this place. Overall just a bad experience. Gave me half a spoon of Guac and called that a full serving. Manager was sarcastic about it too. I’m just gonna have to make the drive to Chipotle on Cermak & Cicero for my lunch breaks now.
