Chipotle is decent when you’re in the mood for something quick and filling. The food is generally fresh, and it’s nice being able to fully customize your bowl or burrito. When everything is done right, it tastes good and satisfies the craving.
However, the experience can be very inconsistent. Some visits are smooth with generous portions and fast service, while others feel rushed with smaller portions and longer wait times. Cleanliness and friendliness also really depend on the location and how busy they are.
Overall, Chipotle is fine for a casual, fast meal, but it’s not a place I go out of my way for. Good in a hurry, just don’t expect anything special.

So the food was ammmaaazzzinnng! I’m talking best chipotle I’ve had and I’ve been eating chipotle for yearsss! Taste, temperature and freshness all on point. Employees don’t seem like they can manage a rush well since the line was half way down the block but they do try to and are friendly. The atmosphere is ok. Not the worst. Needs a little more cleaning and is kind of a tight space .

Hands down the best Chipotle in the Chicago downtown area. The staff is very welcoming and actually greets with a smile. The portion sizes are generous and service is quick. I would recommend this location over others in this vicinity even if this might not be closest to your location its worth the extra walk.

I went to this location because it’s usually affordable, but I had a very frustrating experience. I ordered a veggie bowl with a little chicken, assuming they were the same price. No one told me that guacamole is only free with a full veggie bowl order, and I ended up being charged extra without warning, an additional 30%. On top of that, the checkout staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Very disappointing and will think twice before returning.

Service was okay but the behavior of the irritated managers is terrible in Chicago. The food was undercooked.. when it shouldn't be especially for a morning shift.. I should have gotten my money back in Chicago Chipotle store. It was terrible buying a meal there in the morning..
