Well last night I ordered a steak burrito and my first bite I took and then my second bite it was a piece of fat in my teeth. So I pulled it out and said to myself let me open the food up and eat it with a folk. I saw nothing but raw meat how disgusting and It looked like dog food.

Not very clean. Tables were not clean, sticky, & it was hard to find a place to dine. I felt a little hopeful when I seen a lock to the restrooms. Unfortunately, I've seen night clubs I'd rather go to then the ones at this location.
The staff was extremely friendly, quick, & so helpful. Our food was delicious, fresh, & hit the spot!

The 2024 reports of Poor and Inadequate portions are true and spreading into 2025. I ordered Double Meat on the Carne Asada and Double Meat on the Steak, paid twice as much ($20 to be exact) and all I got was Double Disappointed. Thanks Chipotle.

This is not a good Chipotle location, and would caution that you go to a different one. I went in today for dinner. First off, it snowed a couple days ago. The entire sidewalk and entrance to the restaurant is completely covered in snow and slush. Not sure if that’s the restaurants fault, or the land lord, but either way it made for a very unpleasant start to this meal.
I ordered a bowl and asked for barbacoa. The portion this guy gave me was literally laughable. He grabbed a tong full of meat, then let half of it drop and put the remainder in my bowl. I looked at the dude thinking he was playing a joke! Like literally no meat. I just started eating my bowl and the rice is still hard too! Not even cooked through.
The quality of the food is not good at this location. Prepare to be disappointed if you go here!

I wish i could give this place 0 stars. I've lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years and seen this chipotle go downhill these past couple years. The customer service is non-existent. The food is decent (at best) and portions are never consistent. Even with the same people, portions are never on par. The older puerto rican lady may have the worst attitude i seen on anyone working at chipotle. She never rolls a burrito properly regardless of size and doesn't seem to care or try to re-roll it. Very careless. The other employees don't even bother to give you a better experience either. The dining area is mostly always dirty, whether it's tables or floor. Don't bother coming here thinking you'll get a classic chipotle experience. Go somewhere else

The “new” guy is horrible. & I say new because I go to this chipotle ALL THE TIME since I live down the street. He’s texting on the phone, barely scooping the food, he’s a hot mess! And he was there today around 2-3pm. So whoever he is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wouldn’t be writing this if it only happened this one time but every single time I come to this chipotle there is always the same women with blondish hair who is so rude and mean. It’s a joke how she rolls the burritos they always fall apart, she just halfass throws everything on and give attitude. Asked for extra lettuce today and the look she gave me made me feel bad for asking her to do her job. Will never come back as long as she’s there.

First of all everyone in there lazy as hell how you guys open up at 10:45 and you’re not ready to make orders? Anyways, it’s crazy how I asked for a Sofrito’s bowl and the main thing wasn’t even in the bowl. It’s just a mess with a bunch of veggies a whole entrée of sour cream actually. I don’t understand why you guys can’t follow a order on a piece of paper. It’s really not that difficult. You’re wasting my time and other peoples time and money as well. Cause once you mess up my order I’m not gonna come back to get it fixed and people don’t have time for that Anyways I hope you take this feedback and work on your crew members and have people that are active and ready to work. My order was also supposed to be ready at 11:10 AM and once I got there it wasn’t ready. I was still waiting.

Also you have to ask for a code for the bathroom, and the code they give you is different than the one they print out on the receipt which is too much inconsistency and inconvenience to deal with when needing to use the restroom
My recent after-work visit was disappointing. Yasmin's unfriendly greeting and skimpy portions, along with the poorly wrapped burrito, were unacceptable. A second employee young gentleman working under “Maria”/ he has brunette hair he dismissed my concerns, suggesting my dissatisfaction stemmed from unfamiliarity with Chipotle.

The woman behind the counter glared at me when I said I only wanted a chicken quesadilla, no sides. Then i get home (a 2 minute walk) and discover that not only was my food mangled, but the tortilla was soggy with grease and half the filling fell out when I picked it up to eat some. There were peppers in every bite even though I watched her only put chicken and queso in it, and i hate the taste/texture of the peppers. Not sure if it was deliberate or accidental, but the entire thing was inedible for me.

Got the wrong order delivered via GrubHub. The name on the bag was correct, but the bowl inside was completely wrong, but made correctly to the receipt included so it must have been someone elses bowl put into my bag.

Had to write a review after stopping by multiple times. I hate hit or miss chipotles but the consistency, quality, and flavor here is incredible big shoutout to the staff. I always make the extra effort to come to this location
