Chill chipotle, they do their job and they do it well. I've gone here for personal enjoyment and I've done food delivery and frequent this location. I appreciate their efficiency.

I’ve walked out of this location several times as the service was well below borderline acceptable. They never simply greet you, express we’ll be with you in a moment. As soon as you come in they simply stare at you. They act as if your presence is disrupting their conversations. They need training on valuing the business of their clients.

Chipotle in general is always obviously hit or miss, depending who you get to make your order/food. This location is usually more hits than misses, although I have had a few bad orders. The short latina/mexican lady is great! She is always kind and knows how to properly wrap the burritos! 😊 Having said that, the atmosphere is to be expected at any other chipotle, typically clean and well maintained. Always police officers at the location as well, enjoying their meals, which is always nice to have around, and provides a sense of safety to the location/area.

Received incorrect delivery order. I got a completely different person's order. Cannot get through the automated system to a real person to ask if you can just remake my order for me to come pick up even though I paid for delivery and have to be inconvenienced due to people not double checking names properly before handing out. Not happy. Terrible delivery experience.
** EDITING THIS REVIEW AFTER TWO DAYS** I received a doordash order for Lauren Taylor and I ordered through Ubereats for Lauren Stuart. I've tried to reach Uber about this and they claim I'm ineligible for a refund. I have tried contacting chipotle, but I'm still being directed to go to Ubereats.
Make the situation correct. This is absolutely insane that I'm not being refunded on either ends for something completely out of my hands. I literally received the wrong order. And I'm being told I can't get a refund with no further explanation after providing receipts and proof.

Viviana & Tyler were thr cashiers. The women are the line were moving too fast to asm their name (rightfully so as it was busy) but they were all efficient. Food was fresh and in stock, nothing was scrapped from the bottom of the pan. 😊

My food literally had 3 pieces of lettuce and it was so oily the oil seeped out of the container. My burrito bowl order was made as if the slops had been put together I’m so disappointed
I order today. Am pure vegetarian guy. And when I ask for veg bowls and guy not even change his hand glows before make my bowl he make NoVeg bowl with same hand glow. And then I tell to change they argue with me. After that there is no spoon, paper napkin. Nothin there so again ask him to give a spoon. And then again they argue not give a spoon

I waited over 90 minutes for my doordash order. 5 different drivers because they couldn't make the order. Normally in cases like this the store would reach order or cancel the order.

My ratings is based on the location and the type of customers they have. I picked up my online order at 9pm . The place smells urine, coming from the bum black customers sitting at the counter. Street parking, hard to find a spot. I will not go back to this Chipotle branch again. Creepy neighborhood.
