Ordered salad as usual. They ran out of salad dressing. They asked if I wanted anything complimentary. I requested guacamole. They asked the manager and he said no. I got the salad anyway and now I’m sitting here with a dry salad. I’m not happy. A waste of $10.17 going in the garbage.

I’m a student at Loyola and I came here for a quick dinner while I studied. The staff here are always welcoming and quick. I came with only cash but there was an issue with the coin machine so dinner was on the house and delicious!

The food, the service, and the atmosphere is piss poor! The employees roll their eyes when you ask for more of anything in your bowl. Employees will even argue with you if you say something to them and the manager will allow it! This location should have never been opened because it’s not being ran correctly! It’s clear the people that are hired here don’t care about customer service or professionalism!! Every visit is absolutely horrible!!!

I’ve had good orders from here before. But today I ordered pickup at 8:45 pm (they close at 10 pm). Walked in at 9 and got dirty looks from everyone, and everything was closed up for the night lol. They had no chips and neither of our burritos had steak in them so we got way overcharged without any care or notification from them! Coming from the restaurant business I get when people walk in last minute but that was crazy to me

Whoever runs this chipotle should be ashamed. It is a disgrace to the chipotle franchise and needs to be restructured ASAP. Almost every time i walk in, there are ZERO people in line, yet I still have to wait at least 2 minutes for someone to take my order, not to mention that the employees look GENUINELY ANGRY that i am there and they have to work. Everyone is lazy, there is no difference between ordering regular chicken or double chicken. I would recommend everyone avoid this location at all costs, i will never return.

First time eating at a Chipotle and the I came right in time because everything just came out hot and fresh?everything was tasty, guacamole was a little salty but other than that, 10/10! On the downside, I use a wheelchair and the automatic door buttons weren’t working…To the girl with the braids( I think she was a manager, she had a different shirt than everybody) , thank you for being so patient with me and answering all of the questions I had

Makes total sense that this location has a 1.9 star rating, but I'm still shocked at the experience I just had here. Upon getting to the counter to begin ordering, an employee was wiping the counter down & as he did so, he pretended I wasn't even standing there....no greeting...no "I'll be with you in a second"..... nothing. I waited patiently and about five or so minutes later, another employee approached the counter and shouted "anyone getting brown rice?" While standing at the counter and DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF HIM, I said "yes, I am." He slopped the order together, snatched his gloves away, and quoted the order total, which came out to a bit less than fifteen dollars. I handed him a $20 bill and do you know this guy actually tried to give me back over $7 in coins? I asked him what he was doing as he stood with so many coins in his hand he could barely grip them and he mumbled "We're out of singles." I let him know that wasn't acceptable, that he should have asked if I was okay with that prior to completing the order and demanded a refund immediately. Somehow, magically, singles appeared in his drawer after I used the word "refund," because then he began offering me singles. Unfortunately for him though, he was a little too late. LYING TO A CUSTOMER'S FACE, GESTURING FOR ME TO ACCEPT OVER $7 IN COINS, THE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR MY EXISTENCE UPON ARRIVING is embarrassing for a restaurant that hasn't even been in operations a year. I'll never be back and I'd advise others not to patronize this place. If you work downtown and don't want your time wasted, BEWARE of this place, there are other Chipotle locations within walking distance.
