First time eating at a Chipotle and the I came right in time because everything just came out hot and fresh?everything was tasty, guacamole was a little salty but other than that, 10/10! On the downside, I use a wheelchair and the automatic door buttons weren’t working…To the girl with the braids( I think she was a manager, she had a different shirt than everybody) , thank you for being so patient with me and answering all of the questions I had
I don’t know what the bad reviews are about. These people work pretty hard and always seem short staffed. The Arabic guy seems nice and is always greeting me with respect. It gets busy but everyone is still so nice and I get my food pretty quickly.

I’ve had good orders from here before. But today I ordered pickup at 8:45 pm (they close at 10 pm). Walked in at 9 and got dirty looks from everyone, and everything was closed up for the night lol. They had no chips and neither of our burritos had steak in them so we got way overcharged without any care or notification from them! Coming from the restaurant business I get when people walk in last minute but that was crazy to me
