I stop into this Chipotle from time to time, and the experience can be hit or miss. When I arrived today, the counter was empty, and it took a few minutes for the staff to turn around from their conversation before realizing I was standing there. Portions also vary depending on who’s working. Yesterday, my burrito bowl was very small, even after ordering double meat, but today the portions were exactly where they should be.

Customer service literally 10/10 so understanding when I had trouble with a mobile order Xochi made everything right and went above and beyond for me and my husband when we were at a loss.

Thank you to Xochi and the hard working team as we know how difficult it is to operate such a good food business with such high demands and keeping it all fresh AF in the meantime. We really appreciate these hard workers.

I get more rice at this chipotle than the others so at least my bowl doesn’t look sad. However they shook the hell out of my guac scoop so that it was practically level. I basically paid three dollars for the smallest dollop. if they’re going to shake the spoon like that, they could at least scrape it because most of the guac is still on the spoon ?
