You guys are usually great in terms of speed (food is always good). Today's lunchtime is really slow. Been waiting 20 min and I queued up when line was at the door (still in line). Bottleneck is on the food side. Cashiers are standing idle waiting. Usually the food is out fast and bottleneck is the cashiers, which is a good thing!
The food is good when you get the right order, ordering online and going to pick it up is pointless. Unless you've got a catering order, it's pointless to order in advance cause the line will still go quicker than you waiting for something you placed an order for a 1/2 hour plus in advance.
