I ordered 2 fresh tomato salsa and chips. Neither cup was filled. In fact they were filled halfway. I complained to someone (probably the manager) who didn't care at all. I ordered from Uber eats so there was no way to get it fixed.

Went there today around 1:45p. The first gentleman started my bowl with the rice and protein, then passed it down for the other guy to finish it with the condiments. My bowl sat there uncovered for almost 10 mins (no exaggeration). Finally the condiment guy comes along (overweight, Hispanic guy with glasses). Before he asked me what I wanted on the bowl, he takes his hands and scoops/wipes the spilled food off the prep area with his gloves on and proceeds to handle my food. When I mentioned it- he rolls his eyes (like a princess) and changes his gloves. But it was too late. I was already grossed out. This has to be one of the nastiest, unkept chipotles with the rudest staff on the planet and I'm over it!!

Placed an order through the app for pickup, Our whole order was not only incorrect but the guac was half full and there were about 5 chips in the bag of chips. We ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl they swapped the meats in the bowls and then messed up the toppings as well there were no beans in a bowl that was suppose to have them and the amount of chicken put in the bowl was like a quarter of a scoop it was all rice, I had to dig around to even find a bite of chicken. Nothing about this order was correct. Waste of money a total scam.

At the other Chipotle places, they put more ingredients in 1 taco than in burrito bowl in this place. NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. Just go to another location if you want to eat.

The worst chipotle I've ever seen in my life!!! I've never seen so little plate in any other branch. While I can't finish my plate in other locations, I leave here hungry. All the employees are sullen. I've been here many times in a year because it's close to my work. It's always the same, bad service. Not recommended!!!!!!
