If you have a missing or incomplete order, you cannot speak to anyone other than an automated answering service. We all know how much that helps when half of your order of wrong…not helpful in the least. I ordered two cheese quesadilla kids meals which both arrived tortilla only, no cheese. The lettuce on the burrito bowl was disgusting and rotten. I called multiple times and “the staff is too busy making bowls” to answer. How this is even acceptable is beyond me.

The workers behind the counter are making racist remarks about the customers in line loud enough for everyone to hear. Absolutely unacceptable. For management purposes, this was around 3pm Saturday, October 4th.

Received none of the above. I haven’t once had a delivery order from this store be accurate. Just so absurd that this location can’t get an order right. It’s either incompetence or intentional. Won’t order from here again.
I ordered 2 fresh tomato salsa and chips. Neither cup was filled. In fact they were filled halfway. I complained to someone (probably the manager) who didn't care at all. I ordered from Uber eats so there was no way to get it fixed.

Went there today around 1:45p. The first gentleman started my bowl with the rice and protein, then passed it down for the other guy to finish it with the condiments. My bowl sat there uncovered for almost 10 mins (no exaggeration). Finally the condiment guy comes along (overweight, Hispanic guy with glasses). Before he asked me what I wanted on the bowl, he takes his hands and scoops/wipes the spilled food off the prep area with his gloves on and proceeds to handle my food. When I mentioned it- he rolls his eyes (like a princess) and changes his gloves. But it was too late. I was already grossed out. This has to be one of the nastiest, unkept chipotles with the rudest staff on the planet and I'm over it!!
