Service was amazing and ice cream was excellent! We went without reading reviews with our 3 year old. He doesn’t scare easily, but the super loud music and scary animal farm theme was… a lot. Just not what I normally expect at an ice cream “shoppe” (shoppe with that spelling always has a quant vibe), with quotes on the walls about dead humans and such. Okay, this place is great- my first time and my husband took me with our 2.5 y/o son because he grew up coming here all the time. From the moment we walked inside (“when doves cry” by Prince was playing) we were offered water, free brownie samples and a taste of their most popular ice cream.
