This pizza is full of authentic flavors and is the best in Chicago! Everytime we order from here we're never ever disappointed. The pizza speaks for itself!! This past Weekend we had a lot of left over as we ordered for me and my husband and small kids and completely forgot about it being in the fridge . Went back to reheat it and it was sooooo soft and still really good!! I am surprised and so impressed by something so small as how its still so good and thats how you know the pizza is real as it gets, it wasnt hard or nasty tasting. If you haven't tried it its a must!!! Go ahead and try it!!!

Driver Went to the wrong address and says it will take longer then expected since they only have 1 delivery driver and said my pizza will come cold and can't do anything about it worst customer service

What a huge disappointment. Our pizzas went missing after pre-ordering two hours before a pick up time and still waited another 20 min at the restaurant. The young lady was able to refund my money and offered her apologies. As for the rest of the kitchen staff, a big thumbs down. Puras fallas!

The women taking order speaks spanish upon calling and after I spoke spanish to her I asked if they had any daily specials and she was very rude with her response, I hung up and decided to order from somewhere else. She needs to be removed from the front and replaced with someone who speaks english. (No shade)

The service is horrible at this place. The lady over the phone does not have any customer service experience/manners and is extremely rude. I ordered a pizza and waited over an hour and thirty minutes and still no pizza. So I called back in to cancel. The lady over the phone stated fine all upset and then clicked on me without even apologizing about the horrible wait time nor confirming the cancellation/refund. First and last time I will be ordering from this place.

Nah the pizza mad dry and thick. I got a slice of cheese and there was hardly any sauce on it. Y’all gotta do better! I think it might be cool after some drinks but still need more sauce!
