My one yr old grandson had a ball sharing with other kids and playing with them I'm glad to have had the Chucky cheese experience with me it's been a long time since I had the Chucky cheese experience my children are adults now and to have another generation to share moments of such is a blessing and a safe space for families to create memories to have fun as well as celebrate. I always love Chucky cheese pizza my favorite.
Kid-friendliness: My one yr old grandson had enough running around space to enjoy himself with the balls that's his hand size and the cars full of lights and motion.

Had a great time with my 3 year old grand son. It was my first time there in a very long time. We went during the week when it first opened and it was not crowded at all. All of the employees were very helpful and patient. There was a section for the younger kids. Be aware that the jumper is an extra cost. The food was good and enough options to choose from. Most of the machines were in good condition but some could have seen their time and need to be put out of commission.
Wheelchair accessibility: All one floor, kiddy rides are elevated.

Chuck E. Cheese's is a fantastic place for kids to have fun and let their energy out! The variety of games, rides, and activities kept the kids entertained for hours. They absolutely loved meeting Chuck E. and enjoying the prizes they won. However, I believe the play area could benefit from more frequent cleaning to ensure it stays sanitized and fresh for everyone. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and the joy on the kids' faces was priceless. We'll definitely be back!

You have to pay for the active activities. There’s only a trampoline and arcade games. No one watches the kitchen and it’s not blocked off from the play area. I had to chase my 3 year old 2 times as he ran into the kitchen. Super unsafe
The only thing that was my son's grandparents and he wanted to go to the bathroom and the manager of the place spoke loudly and in English and according to the grandparents they told him that he couldn't use the bathroom. I hope that in any case they should have bilingual people and helping is a observation not only say in English I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish you have to find someone to translate to avoid misunderstandings

We were there for a birthday party. The party was great, and the kids loved it. But we ordered an extra pizza and were never called to pick it up. An hour later, we checked, and it had been sitting there. No one seemed to care that the buzzers weren't working

Chuck E. Cheese is supposed Family Friendly but not if you don’t have Extra Extra cash it’s hard to afford to take your kids there to have fun everything is so over priced it’s SAD when it’s limited for kids to enjoy themselves if you’re on a budget I’ve been taking my children here ever since they were little now they’re all grown now I’m taking my grandchildren six and 3years old. I must say things has truly changed. There is no more stage presence of the characters. It’s a full video tron it does create more room
Now they have a dance floor when it comes to the Service pizza, everything is pretty much average and very, very very much OVERPRICED It’s ridiculous of how much they charge for a pizza and drink for the children environment, but most families can’t afford to take their children here.anymore

The place is very bad, bad attention from the snotty kids who serve (not all of them, especially one), the place is very dirty, some games don't work and they don't warn you and the credit of the card you buy uses up the points. ..And several details that you don't see there.....
Just not the experience it use to be back in the day. The police at the front checking bags was the first strike for me. The lack of friendly service by the staff was another strike. The dirty bathrooms strike 3. The broken machines strike 4. And having to go up to the counter to check on my food order to find out my order was ready, get to the table and my pizza is cold….Strike 5. And the bonus…Chuck e cheese is escorted out like he has a body guard. Where a kid can be a kid? Yeah ok

Terrible customer service, there was no one taking my order me and this other customer were waiting to get rung up everyone came coming up to the front & not even asking if we needed anything. I ordered an order of wings with buffalo sauce, they gave me BBQ. and the girl even repeated the ordered back to me and everything was fine until i got my food and it was all wrong. My first red flag should of been when they took almost 30 mins to give me my food & they ain’t even busy. My husband goes up asking for a remake because this is not what we asked for and the girl up in the front just had an nasty attitude and told us we had to waiting another 20 mins for my wings when it was their mistake in the front place.

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Right off the bat, several of the machines were broken, which was disappointing, especially for a place centered around games and entertainment. This really limited the number of activities available, and the few machines that were working seemed overcrowded.
The food was also mediocre at best. The pizza was expensive and bland, and the other offerings lacked flavor and gave MICROWAVE OVEN. I wasn’t expecting gourmet, but even for casual dining, it didn’t hit the mark.
What bothered me most, though, was the lack of structure. It felt chaotic with no clear organization in place, from handling the lines at the machines to managing birthday parties and overall cleanliness. I get that it’s a busy environment, but a little more order would go a long way in making it a more enjoyable experience.
Overall, Chuck E. Cheese didn’t live up to the fun, family-friendly atmosphere it advertises. With broken machines, subpar food, and disorganization, I’m giving it 2 stars. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be rushing back to anytime soon.
