The kids always have a great time.
This location has upgraded equipment as well as respectful staff. I truly would give this location a 10 out of 10. Even though it’s a smaller location the employees as well as experience will have you believing it’s the biggest fun zone ever!
Thank you so much to the entire Chuck E. Cheese team on Fullerton! Despite the snowstorm today, you all did an amazing job. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in, and the manager was outstanding. Our daughters, Natalie and Harper, had a wonderful time thanks to your hard work and positive energy. We truly appreciate everything you did to make their visit special. Highly recommend this location!
Great place for kids!
Kids had fun. Great pizza.
I gave it two stars because kids actually like this place and the pizza is pretty good. I found it over priced. On top of buying time for games it does not include the playground area which is crazy for the amount they are charging for the limited and functioning machines. They promote a trampoline in the 15 dollar price for the playground however this location lacks the trampoline.
I went on Nov 5 and bby that pizza was what tha kids say🤏🏽 lol thanks the cook that night, dang no pics we ate it too quick... The guy worker with long hair (needsAraise) stamped us in, took our card orders, food orders, and work the prize dept he was very patient we even laughed while trying to choose prizes with my kidssss lol even though we gave all points to my daughter cause it was her birthday, she can be very un deciding even i b frustrated wit her. He was even nice enough to allow my 5yo son a prize cause he had a pocket full of tokens lol he was supposed to play them bk n game for points. Lol it was a moment. I only gave 4 star cause y yall got all that space add more games. Beautiful layout, chuck E a g lol take me thru there take me thru there!!! 😅
It's was ok experience. Not like I remember. Not really a good idea for smaller children because it's mostly games and half of them are broken.
Chuck E Cheese is my place of preference when it comes to taking the children out. Usually a great experience
I saw 2 kids walk in and out of the entrance when I was there for a bday party. No staff manning the entrance. While the rest of the place was OK, would not go back for safety concerns!

It's Chuck e cheese! The food was adequate, restroom clean, tables clean and all the games looked like they were working. 1 down for repair.
It's been at least 10 years since I've been to any Chuck E. Cheese. Took my 6 year old granddaughter to her friend's party & was pleasantly surprised at changes. Would go again if needed.
My daughter had amazing time
I booked to celebrate my daughter’s 7th bday. Staff was very helpful, friendly, welcoming and prompt, with everything!
Feels and smells like the west side
