If you're in Old Town and craving legit Mexican eats, Cilantro Taco Grill is the move. Their tacos are top-notch, especially the al pastor and carne asada. The tortillas are always fresh, and the salsas pack a punch. I usually grab a taco dinner for around $15.50, which comes with three tacos, rice, and beans. Great spot for a quick bite before hitting up Second City or just chillin' in the neighborhood.

Sad and disappointed. How do you mess up a taco? Can someone please tell me. I ordered for delivery and what a sad day. No red salsa and very very shy and dried asada tacos. Langua ok and the winner for the worse toco iiiissss PASTOR. Big chunk of fat the size of the whole taco. Never again

Never going here again brought 2 steak burritos and they was the sizes of a egg roll. That's sad how they do business frfr. I been to alot of cilantros restaurants I have never seen nothing like that.

I love cilantro I have gone to many of their locations the food was really good like always. Except for the bags of carrots it had a weird flavor like they were in bad condition.
But I can say I love cilantro specially Cous I’m from Jalisco too so other than everything is good!!

Stopped by Cilantro Taco Grill in Lincoln Park the other day, and man, this spot's a gem. Ordered the steak burrito dinner—came with rice and beans—and it hit the spot. The steak was juicy, and they toast the tortilla just right for that perfect crunch. Also grabbed a couple of tacos al pastor; the pork had that authentic flavor you'd hope for. Spent around $20, which is solid for the amount of food. Plus, they offer a student discount, so DePaul folks, take note.

Update: I don't know what happened today but my food was horrible compared to last time. Burrito had cold meat in it. I gotta change my rating

Asada first then cecina and Lomo in last...forgot to try the pollo.
