Made a last minute reservation on Valentine’s Day after our previous place fell through. Service was on point! Took care of us, recommend a wonderful bottle of wine. Food was even better! Falafel, kafta, and the hummus were my favorites! Then we shred the lamb for two special, omg it was perfect! We even took home leftovers! Wanted to cookie for dessert but they just ran out, opted for the hazelnut Paris-Brest was just as good of an ending! Thanks for saving our v-day! Can’t wait to be back

Comfortable and casual place where you'll want to linger. The food is great, the service is attentive and generous with time, and the vibe is comfortable and current. Salads are perfect lunch-size. Everything is delicious.

Cira is an excellent choice in Chicago when you’re dining with a group that has mixed dietary preferences.

The ambience is one of the biggest strengths here—stylish, energetic, and polished without feeling too formal. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for a celebratory dinner as it does for a casual night out with friends.

The menu is broad and flexible, with options that work well for vegetarians alongside other dietary needs. Two standout items were the soufflé pancakes and the falafel burger, both of which were flavorful and well executed.

Cocktails are another strong point and pair nicely with the overall vibe of the space. Service was smooth and efficient, making it easy to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Overall, Cira is easy to recommend for group dining in Chicago—good food, strong drinks, and a space that accommodates everyone at the table.

Restaurant week brunch was amazing. The service is hit or miss, today we were not lucky and the service was poor.

AMAZING. It was an accident that we walked into this place, and I’m so glad we did. Not only were the drinks and snacks delicious, the hospitality will never be forgotten. I was on WGN an hour prior, and my mom made a small, proud comment when we were asked what the occasion was. Immediately after, I was given a congratulatory card, and free bubbly for the table. In a world where friendliness and hospitality is dying, this was appreciated more than words can express. We will be back with more friends and family.

We really enjoyed our breakfast at Cira. I was celebrating my birthday and was warmly greeted by the hostess right away. We were seated at a lovely table, complete with a birthday card signed by the staff, plus champagne and chocolate truffles. Everyone ordered something different from the menu, and everything was excellent. The team truly went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special, more so than anywhere else we've experienced in Chicago. It was such a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend Cira.

The vibe of the restaurant was incredible and the lighting was on point. The food was mixed. We had some dishes that were hits like the hummus (amazing!), the falafel, and the pistachio ravioli. We also got the grilled mushroom skewer and the Caesar salad and they were just okay. I don't understand the portions since they are meant for sharing. For example, we were served 3 falafels and 7 raviolis which was an odd number for sharing. Unfortunately, what really soured the experience was our service by Rory. There was a lack of warmth and attentiveness (our drinks were empty when he walked past and he didn't ask if we wanted anything else) and he never once asked how our food was. We are undecided if we would return.

Wow. 10s 10s 10s across the board. Tried the morning buns, mezze board, shakshuka, eggs Benedict, and breakfast sandwich. The eggs Benedict might be one of the best I have ever had. The hollandaise incredible. The crispy potatoes were so good.

Very good food but imo not quite worth the price. I'd come back to try things but there's so many good places, I wouldn't miss it.

I ordered the short rib Benedict. Meat and salad were delicious! The hash brown was a little too salty.

I paid )200.00 + dollars for a 1.5 hour experience on NYE. I was then asked to leave after my 1.5 hour table experience had expired. If I had known this I would have not paid for this. NYE table service shouldn't be double or triple booked. It's tacky. I'm not doing this again and will tell others about this tacky experience.
