We dined at Cabra Chicago tonight, the rooftop restaurant located atop the Hoxton Hotel. The restaurant offers stunning views of the city, and the atmosphere is inviting. We started our meal with the Blue My Away and Tamarindo Fashioned cocktails. Both cocktails were beautifully presented and expertly crafted.
