In general, the person who served us was friendly, on the other hand the place was dirty, even the table we sat at had not been cleaned properly, there was grease and marks from water glasses and they were not recent. On the other hand, the chips or tortilla chips that were served at the beginning were old/rancid and one of the sauces was rotten, it smelled bad, it seemed that they had had it without refrigerating it enough so that it was no longer fresh, then the tacos that we ordered although well served of meat, we realized that it was not fresh, it looked very browned/cooked and was old. I leave this comment because they really should try harder to offer better food. I understand that sometimes they reuse the food from the previous day but they should make sure it is in good condition.

This is one of my favorite places, whether it’s a normal meal dining in or a late night working and picking up food. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is delicious and reasonably priced (hard to find that now), and the atmosphere is comfortable. There’s always news or a telenovela playing on the TV.

We didn't know our phone wasn't working, that's our fault you couldn't reach us, we own that. Contrary to your victim complex we didn't do that on purpose (Could have probably figured that out if you thought about it for a second). We probably could have worked something out in terms of compensations for time loss but you decided to be utterly hostile and unprofessional and thus lose more money for your business entirely. We are sorry about what occured, but yelling at customers is a really bad look.
