Overall it was enjoyable. Tables are very close together and we were seated in a high traffic zone.
Club Lago was recommended to us as we were visiting from out of town. We had high hopes as the ambience was fun and the woman behind the bar was friendly and informative. Unfortunately the food was terrible. I had the green pasta (spinach noodles) with meat sauce. The noodles were horrendously overcooked and rendered completely mushy. The regular pasta with tomato sauce didn't fare much better. I'd read a lot about the meat sauce that supposedly was as good as “Nonna's”. I'd say not by a long shot. The best dish of the night was the veal rustica which was well cooked.
Our first time here and everyone was impressed with the fantastic combination of great food and great service! A+ service from Natalie and kudos to the kitchen staff.
Wonderful Italian staples! Our favorite place. Thanks to Gian Carlo and team for another great evening.
Loved the warm welcome from Guido and our amazing servers. Excellent vibe and outstanding food!
Ally set us up with the best customer service and Juan Carlos told us about the rich history of Club Lago, and their legendary Chicken Parmesan
The salmon with tomato pesto & butter pasta with green beans special of the day was delish!! Wine suggestions were great too.

Club Lago is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Giancarlo is nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Great pasta galassini. Must come back. 10/10.
Never not left feeling better than when i arrived. Always an excellent meal. But it’s the people that make this place like no other. The staff make you feel like family. Club Lago is the best!

The atmosphere is okay, but the only thing I complain about is the food, if you consider having the Alfredo, do not get it, if you’re interested in having good Italian food, don’t come here, I wish the staff did a better job at their menu.

Best Veal Limone in the city, great pasta with pretty good fish and they have Gavi by the glass!
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to time travel to 1974 and hate every minute of it — this is your spot. The booths are so old and uncomfortable they could probably tell you stories from the Nixon era.
The “tortellini with meat sauce” tasted like Chef Boyardee straight from the can — minus the nostalgia. Honestly, save yourself the money and grab the real thing at the grocery store.
We asked for top-shelf vodka and got something that tasted like it had been filtered through a garden hose. Our server moved at glacial speed, had zero personality, and thought it was totally fine to take my wallet to the back to check my ID. Sure, why not?
The whole place screams revamp me, from the sticky tables to the sad lighting. Low quality, low effort, low expectations — and somehow they still missed the mark.

What a wonderful historic restaurant. It has been to long since I visit. It was a wonderful evening of relaxation, great food and drink with my wife. I loved watching all the regulars coming in and how friendly there where with each other. That is a sign of a great place. We are looking to go back with the entire family.
