The pizza is made then placed in a coal fire oven for 90 sec. Authentic neapolitan style thin crust large pizzas. Fresh ingredients I had the pepperoni with ricotta cheese. It was good, but probably would X out the ricotta next time crust was on point. 100% recommend!
Great food that you'd think would come from a fancy restaurant!! Delicious and the variety of options gives everyone something to enjoy and share... if you don't finish it first. 😆
It was good. One of our pizzas seemed to have been cooked at too high of a temp (blackened on the crust and limp in the middle). Staff was friendly, though and the flavors were on point.
