I went to the Jimmy John's in the Medical Center for lunch and ordered The Vito combo, it was good and they get you in and out in no time. Prompt and courteous service. It's a good place to go for a quick lunch.
Get lunch here pretty often. Every time I come in everyone is super friendly. They make the sandwiches so fast. Never had any mistakes. Pickups always ready when I get there. Haven't ordered delivery from this location.

Quite possibly the worst JJ's I've been to in the city. Or anywhere. Customer service is more like one star. I don't know what else to say... For a business like this, customer service is everything.
