This is the best Starbucks and it’s not because the coffee. This shop is staffed with the best Starbucks employees I have met. It is clear they are a team, and they bring a community coffee shop vibe to what we all know is Starbucks. I typically have no issues at this location however today was not a good experience. I didn’t have them remake my drink but they did not follow the instructions which were quite simple. Two of our three drinks were also given to us very messy with drink spilled all over them and dripping on out hands. Normally I would give 5/5 not today. Even the staff wasn’t as friendly as they normally are.

This is the only Starbucks I come to I love the energy here. The staff is amazing and I just love TOT her vibe and the way she makes her drinks make me come back for more thank you all so much for the great customer
