It’s my favorite place for banh mi in the area. My only issue was they wouldn’t give me a fork when I asked for one. Lady working there said I didn’t need it for a spring roll ? which is fair but I didn’t want to get my hands dirty. Otherwise good food.
Super friendly folks, and if you need a sandwich and you're closeby it's fine, but there is better banh mi to be had in Chicago.
chicken pho, Vietnamese iced coffee, 2 spring rolls ( shrimp, chicken curry), iced tea. delicious and ample portions! was delicious, tasty, seasoned perfectly, priced moderately. not for dine in or family/groups. possibly undergoing renovation not sure because wall was open to construction right next to only single table inside. Otherwise courteous and accommodating cashier and cook who brought out my dishes without much of a wait plus enough privacy to enjoy my m2l. Good for takeout as lots of orders and cards accepted with minimum $10 purchase. location by #9 & 81 bus lines. easy ordering simple menu.

Decent Vietnamese food. I had the pork bowl and spring rolls and thought there were average. It is a good neighborhood option.

Very friendly staff. Quick service and food prep. I recommend the #2 Saigon banh mi over the #1 special. #2 banh mi is more traditional. The bread itself doesn't stay as crispy as other places. Definitely need to eat it immediately. Overall, good banh mi

I first ordered from here on a rainy night desperately in need of good pho, and boy did this place deliver. The food I ordered was packaged neatly and with so much care. Once I sat down with my bowl of pho and crab rangoon I was met with so much flavor upon my first bite. This is the best and most consistent restaurant in the area. Will continue to go here every time for my pho!

5 star bahn mis, absolutely delicious.
but currently the prices in the menu section of google maps are $8 but IRL they’re more like $15
Bahn mi sandwich and spring rolls are the best! Bread is fresh and crunchy, just as it should be!

Excellent banh mi sandwiches and Thai iced coffee. Although they used to have dine-in, it's only carry-out now. I'm looking forward to returning!
