The you man with the glasses need to be fired!!! I wanted a child size cone for my son he told me I had to get a bigger cone because the small cone was too small to fit the ice cream. Another worker made child size cones with no problem. He was rude and condescending to me, I thought it was because I was a woman. He treated my husband the same way. I was speaking to my husband about it and the man with the glasses said “yeah that’s what I do, I push buttons”. This was very rude and disgusting to say. My husband ice cream had ice cream leaking all over the sides of the cup. The man in the glasses needs more customer service training or to be fired. He should not be handling customers the way he did us!!

First time at Cold Stone and the staff was very friendly with me and my family ! Helping us navigate through all the various flavors. The UIC campus around it made the vibe more pleasant. Not giving 5 out of 5 due to it being a bit pricey. Overall nice for a treat every so often !

i've been to this establishment about 4-5 times in the past two years and you can really tell that the ice cream quality has lowered down to becoming extremely icy and not even enjoyable at this point.
i am only giving a two-star review because of this. customers come here for the ice cream (of course) but if it's going to be icy and the toppings are going to be stale and the fruit will be more than over-ripe then it's not worth it coming to this ice cream place and simply going to another establishment or spending your money on a pint of an ice cream brand.
the workers here do their job well so there are no complaints on that part. just the overall ice cream. it's gone from ok to terrible :[

I recently had an order glitch with my ice cream cake from Cold Stone UIC, which was pretty upsetting since we were having a party in just 3 hours. Enter Gabriella, who went above and beyond to save the day. Despite it not being part of her job description, she took it upon herself to ensure our cake was ready on time. Her dedication, quick thinking, and incredible customer service turned a stressful situation into a celebration. Gabriella, you are a true hero and a shining example of outstanding service.
