First time at Cold Stone and the staff was very friendly with me and my family ! Helping us navigate through all the various flavors. The UIC campus around it made the vibe more pleasant. Not giving 5 out of 5 due to it being a bit pricey. Overall nice for a treat every so often !

I recently had an order glitch with my ice cream cake from Cold Stone UIC, which was pretty upsetting since we were having a party in just 3 hours. Enter Gabriella, who went above and beyond to save the day. Despite it not being part of her job description, she took it upon herself to ensure our cake was ready on time. Her dedication, quick thinking, and incredible customer service turned a stressful situation into a celebration. Gabriella, you are a true hero and a shining example...

Great location and product. I have stopped by here twice on times that were not busy and both times I was greeted in a hostile manner over small questions. Asking for a single flavor sample was met with incredulity. Would love to come here more if staff were nicer.
