I recently had an order glitch with my ice cream cake from Cold Stone UIC, which was pretty upsetting since we were having a party in just 3 hours. Great location and product. I have stopped by here twice on times that were not busy and both times I was greeted in a hostile manner over small questions. Asking for a single flavor sample was met with incredulity. Would love to come here more if staff were nicer.

The ice cream was really good, but one staff member had a really bad attitude. My ice cream cup was overfilled and spilling over the edge, but my sister's cup wasn't even filled to the rim.
