Colectivo is pet friendly, has great food, coffee, and teas. The outside patio is fantastic and it’s a great neighborhood cafe. They just launched their new app, which I had been using before the update. There was a feature in the old app that was missing in the new app. I emailed corporate and got an email within 30 minutes asking for specifics. I email back and within 24-hours they added back my favorite feature of being able to request less syrup (I like the flavor syrups, but not full force). Colectivo listens to their customers and accommodates when they can. Plus, great product and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

Formerly decent location has gone downhill. Unhelpful staff and convoluted ordering schemes make this an unpleasant place to visit.

Went twice while in Chicago. The food is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was great. My only complaint was that when I went the next day to do a to go order they never announced that my food was ready, and I had to ask as I saw my name. Not a huge deal though, it was very busy.
Horrible experience. Staff was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. Coffee wasnt even good, and the food tasted like it was microwaved. Overpriced too. If you like being talked down to and overcharged for very mediocre coffee, then this is the place for you.

I love love Colectivo. Been to the OG ones in Milwaukee and most if not all in Chicago.
I loved their smoked vanilla mocha in oat milk and used to love their vegan sandwiches. But over time they’ve removed them from the menu.
If you’re vegan your best shot would be a pastry item as they removed their just egg and soy meat break fast sandwiches.
This location has a gorgeous patio for a beautiful day and stays open until 7pm in the summer!

Really nice spot with super lovely staff. I had the ice tea which I was surprised wasn't super sweet, still nice! And an oat ice coffee with a lovely house cinnamon syrup. Seemed like a lot of peoples regular spot!
