i absolutely loved this place!! i’ve never had hawaiian food and let me tell you this place set the standard! the loco moco was delicious and creamy, while the spam katsu musubi was the perfect balance of crunchy, salty, and savory. i’d recommend this to anyone! the service was also incredible and quick.
Love love LOVE aloha eats. One of my favorite food places in the whole city I also recommend it. My go to is the chicken katsu, sometimes a combo with shrimp. The chicken is insane and the katsu sauce is so good. The mac salad is amazing and every meal comes with a scoop of that and rice. The portions are big. This is by far my girlfriends favorite restaurant in Chicago. Nothing compares to the food here. It is phenomenal. This is the type of restaurant you need to design a trip around. Yes it is that good. The chicken katsu is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted and their macaroni salad, oh lord, amazing. As someone who has lived in Chicago, you must go here.
