Everything at the Virgin Chicago was wonderful from the location, the decor, the roof top terrace and the staff. Tony at Miss Ricky's went out of his way to be very welcoming and friendly the entire length of out stay.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Virgin Hotel! The rooms were clean and well appointed. We were very impressed with how quiet it was too. Our window faced the L Train and I never could hear it going by from inside. There are multiple great options for dining. The best is the one hour free happy hour that is offered in the downstairs restaurant. The drinks were delicious and the service was great. We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar.
