Outsiders not welcome! A friend and I decided to check out our neighborhood bar for the first time. Upon walking in, everyone inside the bar including the bartender gave us a rude look. Proceeded to pay for a game of pool when the bartender told us "we had to buy a beer in order to play". Never in my life have I been at a bar where I was told such things. The bartender (older lady) was rude and treated us like we were not welcome there. I am never stepping foot inside this place ever again.Update to owners response: the owners response is telling of the welcoming atmosphere. YES, I understand this is a bar and not a pool hall. I would have bought a few beers with my game if I had felt welcomed. Instead, I chose to finish a game and walk out.

Doorbell to keep the “riff raff” out. Basically a white, racist bar that will most likely close in the next 5 years. Go spend your money somewhere else.

New to the neighborhood and was happy to find a great little neighborhood bar. Karen was very friendly. Only downside is not even an ATM and cash only, but will for sure be back.
