I wouldn't come here if I was in a rush but the food was good. The service is just so slow.

I ordered catering from them, they were 20 mins late. I asked for them to set up, they just left the order at reception, and the box of coffee was missing. When we called to talk to someone at the store we were placed on hold and they never picked up the phone. 2 stars for audacity and for at least delivering some food.

I just spent 25~30 minutes waiting on pancakes, just for everything else on the plate to come out cold.
I also had to ask the server about my missing side... just to find out they ran out of potatoes... ~30 minutes after ordering it.
This spot used to be my go-to for a quick west-loop breakfast. Now they have a bad PoS system, poor service times.

I understand that prices have increased and portions have become smaller. But when I pay $2.99 for breakfast potatoes and get a container 1/3 full, that’s just ridiculous. And of course it’s a ToGo order so who has time to go back.
I ordered the turkey sandwich on whole grain with avocado bacon cheese less tomato with a side salad. It took only a few minutes for them to process my order and bring me my food and the food was fresh, high quality, and delicious. This is way better than Panera bread. I'm done with them due to quality issues with their food. Everything was fresh I mean really fresh especially the greens in the salad and the sweet juicy ripe tomatoes in the salad and out of my sandwich. This is the best fast food I've had in a long time and maybe of all time.

This is a quiet bakery. It doesn't have a lot of customers because the food isn't that great, and the service is lackluster. I would recommend it only for it's coffee and if you need a quiet place to sit. BE WARNED - the food is not that great. Just go find a more local place for food, they will be around the same price. Don't say you weren't warned.

Very slow moving for lunch rush and cashier was so rude I put in a order into a computer because it took her so long to acknowledge that I was standing there for over 5 mins. The cashier also wiped her eye before actually taking a order from an older man who came after me. Probably not going back to this location.

Disorganized, slow service, overpriced, mediocre food.
I was in need of plastic wear, in a pinch before my train. They hooked me up big time and saved the day! Their salads are bomb too.
Unfortunately, they have not taken their re-opening seriously. Lots of employees standing around Kiki-ing and haha-ing while all customers (regardless of whether ordered a lemon bar or an entree) wait a minimum of 15 minutes. None of the employees who handle food wear hair nets or gloves. Save your time and money.
