Not a great experience. Went in to get a coffee and while the place logged nice and was seemed clean enough, it proved to be so-so.

The stuff I ordered on the screen wasn’t available. But I was told that after having ordered and paid. The almond milk I paid for I had to pour myself, but the mug with coffee was full when I got it. Underneath the table it was pretty dirty. And the seemingly stressed waiter snapped at a lady who had an issue with the screen.

A lot of small stuff adds up to a less than ideal visit. But the coffee was ok. The replacement cake was ok.

I was excited to see this place open again but since returning it has been difficult to enjoy a meal here without hearing your employees using foul language , in front of managers - hearing managers use fouls and inappropriate language

I am not a prude but it makes it difficult for me as a manager to enjoy my meal in piece

I would not tolerate it in my business it should not be tolerate here where I am paying $19 for a half sandwich soup and soda

Depends on the staff working. Today I got a to-go order and the food was covered in oil that was separating from the sauce. The other pasta dish was seemingly very old. Tasted disgusting I’ve gotten the carbonara 1,000 times. It tasted expired. First dish had very overcooked noodles an oily sauce. Could not eat a bite of the second dish. The peas that weren’t supposed in the second pasta i ordered were shriveled up and off tasting. In short, hope you go on a day that has people working that know and care about what they’re doing when you go to this location. I’ve meet some very polite employees that provide good service. But the fact that one of my orders was inedible and eating out is so expensive already. I will likely not return to this location.

I had to wait for sandwiche almost 35 minutes but I saw the sandwich to be ready to serve. When I finally got it, it was cold.

This will be my last visit to THIS corner bakery.
I was introduced to corner bakery this year, before I had never been a customer. I don't remember the location but I was somewhere downtown. Loved the food the energy the atmosphere everything was great. So imagine my excitement when I saw one was opening right by my job. I couldn't wait, and finally their open.
The first time I went they were super busy hustling and bustling, great energy. The next few times not so much until I met Lola. Always sweet nice helpful energetic exactly what the job minimal requirements ask of you. When Lola is not there you can tell. I went there today knowing she wouldn't be there and knowing how my experience was going to be but I really wanted those darn pancakes. I hate the kiosks I'm tech lame ill admit so I wait at the register. To no suprise lol the employee comes up and say if you want to order the kiosks are open, not hey the kiosks are open but if you need help i can assist at the register! But hey, Here we go I wait a short while, out to my work place.
Pancakes definitely were not done I couldn't even finish it. The "syrup" taste like heated down honey then the hand off just horrible.
You applied to this job you accepted the offer you decided this was your path at the moment don't take your nasty asz attitude having asz to a customer service friendly job if you come to work Bitter managers too its a sad damn shame the way customer service was is. Just full of people who want a check but lack the skill

Good except bought large strawberry lemonade charged $4.59 plus added an extra $1.00 for Strawberry. So $5.59 for what's actually small drink....quite outrageous...people good and alright....this drink called strawberry lemonade.....charge extra for Strawberry when already to high.

If you want an actual person to take your order don’t bother the workers are only interested in doing anything but take your order. I stood for three minutes while being totally ignored at the register by five different employees. Don’t go to this location they’re rude and apparently have no time to do their actual job.

I ordered at the kiosk and selected NO MAYO. My turkey bravo was not only covered in gobs of mayo, but the tiny little scraps of avocado were brown and plastered with mayo, so the skimy scraps of avocado had to go in the trash with the mayo I had to scrape off my sandwich. You'd think if you order at the kiosk no one can mess up the order because it says right there what to eliminate. It wasn't even crowded so that's no excuse. It's very pretty inside tho since the remodel!

The first time I've been back since they opened after COVID. I ordered the Uptown Turkey for takeout and it only had one thin slice of turkey deli meat on it. A rip off for 12.50. And to top it off they forgot to put the chips in the bag. Used to like this place but alas I won't be coming back.

First time at this location. I'm glad to see it back open. The space is nice and large. When coming in, the service was okay and welcoming, it was basically empty at about 2:30 pm but no one was at the counter to take my order, so I had to use the kiosk. It was simple to place an order by following the instructions. Ordered two cheesecake brownies and a Ceasar Salad and added chicken (not sure why not on the menu anymore). For everything to go was about 21.00 dollars and some change, expensive but that's about usual for the area. The brownies were very good, and the salad was okay as well. The smaller size was good for a lunch size salad, and I would hope that the larger size would be good for a full dinner. Hope they can keep up with the new store. ???? Would recommend.

My first time eating at the Union Station location since the pandemic.I was happy to see it open again but the carved ham swiss cheese was terrible the bread was stale hard like a rock and hardly any cheese and ham I sent it back and the chips were stale on top of that the only that was good was the water.
If you can't get it right the first time something is wrong. I won't be going back I was so highly disappointed.

So happy that they reopened. The BBLT was awesome. The remolding that they’ve done is so beautiful. Super busy and I’m happy to see it. I will definitely be coming again soon. So many menu options that I want to try!

This place is back open again. They did a renovation and it is looking much more updated and the menu has changed a bit but still includes some of the familiar items I'm used to seeing. Happy it is back!
