Sitting in the cafe right now for about 20 minutes and have heard the staff be severely rude or abrasive with 3 customers already (not me, thankfully). I work nearby and unfortunately, this isn’t a one-off. The staff at this location must not have had ANY customer service training when it reopened. It really looks bad on the entire chain. Yikes!
It's a Corner Bakery! Clean. Convenient to all the attractions and office buildings in the area
I have only had they're desserts and I love them. Customer service was awesome polite and courteous. I also get they're delivery and it was great too.
A great pit stop after a long travel in Union Station. With a kiosk, ordering is quick, easy, and convenient.
Food itself is not too bad, just bland. But nothing some salt and pepper can’t fix! The panini was objectively better than the pasta but you paying for the convenience.
I stop here whenever I come through union station. It’s always reliable whether I want drinks or if I want a nice and filling meal before I have to go. I love the atmosphere and the employees always treat me nicely. I think I tried the Mac and cheese here before and I loved it. I’m always interested in the different options they come out with. They always have yummy pastries on display which I love too.
Both my wife and I found what looked like beard hair in our food. The mustard on the ham and swiss sandwich was awful. The toast was burnt to a crisp. We left without finishing our meal unfortunately. The fruit was decent at least.
Great place to stop on way to Amtrak.
Usually, stop in for a quick breakfast wrap, which is good. Have not had any issues with the service or ordering through the app.
I was there last night to redeem some rewards, I called in advance because I would be arriving around 7:40pm when they close at 8:30pm. So, I just wanted to be courteous. When I arrived, there was no one to be seen—waited about five minutes and then the manager appeared with a horrible attitude. We asked for help navigating the self-service order stations, but I had no luck since I wanted to redeem rewards. I asked him for help and he was so bothered and rude. He did not want to help us breakdown orders to be able to pay with my $25 rewards, apparently rewards cannot be combined—must be separate orders, ugh!
I can honestly say that the cashier and apparently store manager DeLeon is by far—the worst experience in customer service I have ever received. I even told him that I was trying to keep cool and be patient with him. He kept being sassy, rude and combative. He was unhelpful, dismissive and mouthy!
This morning I called the store to be able to contact the regional manager—and even the employee on the phone mentioned that they get a lot of complaints about DeLeon. In fact, they also disclosed that he is horrible to the employees as well. I can only imagine!
Corner Bakery, YOU MUST TAKE ACTION ON THIS MANAGER: DELEON! I filled out the receipt surveys and I am about to e-mail corporate. This will NOT be dismissed or taken lightly!
I have stopped here several times in the past between trains and always found a good meal. Wanted greens and found the Power Greens salad just what I needed - spinach and kale along with garbanzos, egg and quinoa with a vinaigrette dressing. Wonderful. Plenty of seating. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Manager, gave my order to the wrong driver and refused to correct the issue. Instead of informing Uber they just kept refusing Uber driver pickups. When I called to ask why my food is taking so long she started yelling and swearing at me and then hung up on me. 2hrs wasted. FIRE THE MANAGER!
Food is usually good but I ordered soup and sandwich. The soup was fine but the chicken sandwich hardly had anything on it including the chicken. I was supposed to get a roll with my soup and didn't. I waited for the girl to come out of the back for 5 minutes when I first got there, and she saw me walk in! She gave me my bag and I checked it right away. When I looked up to ask about the roll she was already gone. I waited another few minutes but had to leave. The service since they opened back up has gone way down. There is never anyone at the counter when you walk in, you must always wait. The customer service is terrible.
Not a great experience. Went in to get a coffee and while the place logged nice and was seemed clean enough, it proved to be so-so.
The stuff I ordered on the screen wasn’t available. But I was told that after having ordered and paid. The almond milk I paid for I had to pour myself, but the mug with coffee was full when I got it. Underneath the table it was pretty dirty. And the seemingly stressed waiter snapped at a lady who had an issue with the screen.
A lot of small stuff adds up to a less than ideal visit. But the coffee was ok. The replacement cake was ok.

Appreciate the lady rang me up fast since no parking around.
I was excited to see this place open again but since returning it has been difficult to enjoy a meal here without hearing your employees using foul language , in front of managers - hearing managers use fouls and inappropriate language
I am not a prude but it makes it difficult for me as a manager to enjoy my meal in piece
I would not tolerate it in my business it should not be tolerate here where I am paying $19 for a half sandwich soup and soda
