Really don't understand the people trashing this place with bad reviews. Everything was amazing. We got sandwiches, a drink and a coffee. So good. The sourdough bread was amazing. The coffee? Rich, balanced, just right, and multiple options. Best of all, it was cheaper than most of these other places around the train station. Also, the lady who helped us at 09/27/25 this afternoon was the sweetest and was so kind and helpful. There's also a great view of the canal. Definitely...

It's also understaffed and almost empty on a busy Sunday morning. Orders are per kiosk only. Modern, muted Muzak plays during long waits for those kiosk orders. The service that does exist is very pleasant, however.
No napkin dispenser here, so grab some extra from one of Union Station's competing eateries before arriving. (The franchise owner will appreciate...

Why is it possible to leave on the counter, and leave on the menu of digital kiosk, and charge for the cake you don't have? And then just easy offering replacement and being so surprised about the refund.
