The staff was friendly and attentive. However, here's why 4 🌟 s: I placed an online order for a Honolulu Chicken Bowl, but when I arrived to the store around 2:30pm, was told that they are out of rice and could not offer me what I ordered. The restaurant is open until 8:00pm, so this seems to be poorly planned in terms of what the customers can order. I had another dish, but this was inconvenient.
Went to a matinee, and after taking the Metra in, walked to Cosi from Union Station, less than a mile, just down the street from the Lyric. No parking there. Good food, quick service.
Needed a quick late lunch. Friendly service, good choices, healthy, a notch below Panera Bread. Nothing really stands out. I would go again before going to a traditional fast food place.
