Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating. Their service is great and they make an amazing hibiscus tea that goes good with anything on their menu. Definitely worth the visit everytime.
usually stop by Cosi in the mornings for a breakfast sandwich, and it’s always a good experience. The food is fresh, the coffee’s solid, and the customer service is great while waiting. The staff is always friendly and makes the mornings feel easy. Definitely one of my favorite ways to start the day.
The chicken sandwiches are dark meat. Might not be a big deal for some, but an absolute deal breaker for me. Some pieces even had some skin on them. Had to throw most of it out and ended up with bread and tomato for my lunch. Very disappointing for $14. The staff is nice though
