I come in to Così probably 5x a week (location is right next to my office). Every single time I’ve come in, I get greeted by the nicest cohort of workers I’ve ever met. Erica specifically is fabulous - she knows me by name as well as my coffee order. I didn’t seek out becoming a regular, but because of the service, I just can’t see myself getting coffee anywhere else on my commute. I love Cosi. In fact, I go to Cosi every day. Cosi is a friendly service and definitely catered to everyone’s needs. Cosi is a very welcoming inviting place. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. What I love most about Cosi is the staff there. They’re all very friendly but, most of all very personable. As they serve you, they also get to know you on a personal level. Meaning they get to know you for you. You rarely find a place that makes you feel seen, heard...

Cosi used to be known for its outstanding food, but my recent visit left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed.
While the food was good overall, it didn't quite meet the exceptional standards I remembered. My biggest concern, however, is the pricing. Paying around $25 or more for a quick lunch sandwich seems excessive, especially considering other options available. Given these factors, I'm uncertain if I would choose to dine at Cosi again in the future.
