I come in to Così probably 5x a week (location is right next to my office). Every single time I’ve come in, I get greeted by the nicest cohort of workers I’ve ever met. Erica specifically is fabulous - she knows me by name as well as my coffee order. I didn’t seek out becoming a regular, but because of the service, I just can’t see myself getting coffee anywhere else on my commute. The point system they use is very straightforward with no gimmicks, which is much appreciated...
