This was delightful!! My family and I came in after doing some errands around the city, and we really liked it. :) Their teas and food are very yummy, and they let you build a custom bowl if you're feeling for something specific. Will come again if I'm back in the area.
Ran in for a quick lunch during the mid-day rush and the line moved so fast. Built a bowl with chicken shawarma, saffron rice, pickled onions, and extra garlic sauce, the flavor was on point and super fresh. That warm pita on the side always hits. The counter team was super efficient even though it was slammed. Great low-key lunch spot when you need something quick and filling.
We had never been to ROTI Mediterranean before, and honestly, we had such a great experience! Jesus was amazing, so kind, friendly, and welcoming. He was really attentive and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. You can tell he genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff is friendly, and service is always quick. Some female workers may talk more than serving, but there is a bright worker who cares about customers and provides exceptional customer service with excellent recommendations. While queues can be a thing depending on time, they go quite fast. The hummus and falafel were enjoyable, though the rice had a distinct fragrance.
