Our favorite place while we were in Chicago. Always yummy.
On top of the crazy hold times, order has had missing items or unmixed despite instructions. They will tell you the order is ready and have it sitting in the back. Staff will fail to acknowledge people waiting. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after 5 unsatisfied orders back to back this place needs better management.
