If you are looking for a salad restaurant that gives you full control of what goes into your salad then look no further. While this place can cater vegetarian and vegan salads, if you eat fish or meat there is the option to add chicken or salmon to your salad.The service was excellent and speedy. Very neat salad bar with unique options that are made to order (Subway style). They tend to highlight the local sources of all of their ingredients which is great. The salad we had was quite flavourful. My only issue was with the overpriced and terrible "organic lemonade".

I had the hot chicken protein plate. It was excellent. I asked the server how the food was before I ordered, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Didn't appear that he cared for the food. Didn't stop me! It was flavorful and filling. Fast food rarely is any good... but this surprised me!
