I can't believe this branch doesn't have flat white bread. They won't carry it at this branch. They only seem to have multi-grain flat bread. What the hell kinda Pot Belly is this? I've never been to a branch that don't have flat white bread. The branch in River North has flat white bread, the branch in Hyde Park has flat white bread. Bottom line, they should be carrying flat white bread too.

Ok so as a prior employee of Potbelly Sandwich Shop I am just going to get some thing off of my chest. Your store in downtown Seattle on 4th has not fixed its ac fo over a year. With the temperature rising and even through all of covid, you demanded employees worked. Once employees were outspoken you stated that the store would be shut down to FINALLY repair the ac.
