Today I came to pick up my order, and they told me to wait a minute. In the end, I don't know if she did it intentionally or not, but she took a very long time to process the order, about 7 minutes. After that, she handed me the order, and I wished her a good day, but this girl simply ignored my words. She speak Spanish and English

I went into the Wrigleyville location today. Waited five minutes at the counter and no one came to help me o take my order. There were three workers in the back who all saw me, but no one came to help. Apparently they are not interested in making sales if it interferes with their conversations.

Need to figure out better packaging. This is what my order looked like when I opened the box from delivery. I just deleted the crumbl app because a $6 delivery charge for this? And inconsistent quality.

Stopped by Crumbl in Wrigleyville after a Cubs game and grabbed a 4-pack for about $20. The Milk Chocolate Chip was a classic, soft, warm, and gooey. The Raspberry Cheesecake had a nice tart kick. Service was quick and friendly, and the shop was clean and bright. Only knock is the price. Still, it’s a fun treat if you're in the area and craving something sweet.
