There was a massive parking lot that was blocked off. I’m not sure if there’s construction going on or what but there’s nothing posted on any of the websites or social media in reference to the parking lot being not in service so you know that’s a really great way to start your night when you’re going to the venue to see a show and you can’t find a spot to park and then you’re late to the show because of that reasonthen you know just the staff seems like they’re tired place just seems blah!

Went here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Elizabeth was my server and she was super knowledgable with the menu and helped me make my selections. I got the chicago dog and cubby lager, highly recommend both selections! Must visit spot next time youre in

Honestly I’m still in shock with the prices of this place. I can’t believe they charge $12+tip for a Modelo or $18+tax and tip for a draft cocktail. The place is not nice or anything close and their prices are like an upscale restaurant, the audacity.

Had an awesome time here before one of the final games of the season! There were 4 adults and 4 kids in our party. The top floor was perfect for us! The kids got their own table, and Kelly F was very friendly and provided great service! Awesome view of the front of Wrigley from up there.

Cubby Bear was the ultimate Chicago Bar experience! Great! Awesome food! Location! Location! Location! Right across from Wrigley! Service was spectacular. Food Wings was fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection! Same with Brat! The server was attentive and charming personality! Include this bar if you're experiencing a pregame at Wrigley or watching sports. Love me some Cubby Bear!

I am not young, and we wanted somewhere to have a drink after the Cubs game but I needed to be able to sit. I looked into the door at a packed bar and the attendant said come on in. I explained I needed a place to sit, he said no problem and brought a small table from somewhere, had someone else bring 3 chairs, and asked a waiter to serve us so I didn't have to stand at the bar.
I have never felt so welcome at an establishment that I have never before visited. Every employee I encountered last night was helpful and happy. My husband had been robbed on the L earlier and just being at the Cubby Bear restored our faith in the goodness of people, and reinforced that "Chicago is my kinda town!"
