The owners are so sweet, and the food is fresh. It's a cute and cozy little boba shop.

The bibim babs to our chagrin were flavorless. The meat was unfortunately unseasoned :(

I hate leaving a bad review for a local spot, but they served me a chicken sandwich that was rubbery and pink. Undercooked chicken. I took one bite, knew I ate raw chicken, and promptly left, hoping for the best.

Pretty disappointing if you're looking for Korean food. Wings were pretty small and had a slight strange taste. Chicken Nanban Don looked and tasted kind of sad. It reminded me of Asian restaurants in random midwest towns, which is not what we are looking for in Chicago.
Perfect on a hot day. I got the mango smoothie. Reminded me of a mango lassi.
So good!!

Spent ~$30 for two people. Chicken sandwich does live up to the hype. Very good service. Would come back.

We stopped by Cuckoo for a casual lunch and had a mixed—though overall pleasant—experience.
The garlic soy chicken sandwich was definitely the star of the meal: crispy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The presentation was adorable, with the fries served in a cute little basket that added a nice touch. The rice bowl, on the other hand, was just okay—it lacked the flavor punch we got from the sandwich.
The place itself is very small and cozy, which gives it a relaxed vibe, but there was only one person working the counter and kitchen, so service was slow. That said, they were kind and doing their best.
My husband and I enjoyed our time there. While it wasn’t mind-blowing, we’d consider coming back—especially for that garlic soy sandwich!

Quiet, Small place. $18 for a chicken sandwich and dumplings. Dumplings taste like Trader Joe’s . They charge ridiculous for sauce. Just ok.

Great fried chicken sandwich! Definitely one of the best I've ever had. Super crispy, juicy, and the optional sauces are all good as well!
Plus, I appreciate the generally calm atmosphere and super nice service every time I step inside!

Some of the best fried chicken sandwiches in the city. Their bibimbap is solid and their katsudon is very good. Everything is made fresh and it reflects in the taste. I ate there and my secret spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and juicy. Truly a hidden gem in Andersonville.

The aesthetic was super cute, but the boba we got was pretty subpar. The tea was over-steeped, so what tea flavor there was tasted pretty bitter. The drink was mostly milk though and not very sweet at all. They also didn’t put very much boba in the tea either, and the boba was also unsweetened. Overall, it was a disappointing experience since the atmosphere was so cute.
