I frequent this Culvers twice a month. The food has always been absolutely amazing however yesterday night I ordered two deluxe burgers. one no mayo. The burger without mayo missed all the condiments. It was a plain cheeseburger. I didn't get to eat my meal until an hour and a half later so when I found that they incorrectly made the ordered I verified the receipt. Sure enough the order was written correctly and they messed up. I called and got hung up on twice. The manager...

This is our nearest location and it makes me sad because the food quality and service is not as good or consistent as other locations in different states.
