Not only is this location consistently filthy with food and other debris all over the floor, the food coming out of the kitchen is absolutely atrocious. They just delivered a double butterburger to my table with cold and completely unmelted slices of American cheese. When I very politely asked that the burger be remade, the five girls standing around at the registers looked at me like I was crazy. I don't think I'm asking too much to have a burger that resembles the picture and that is actually warm. Instead of standing around doing absolutely nothing, one of the five girlsv standing at the registers should spend some time cleaning up this disgusting dining room. I understand this location maybe battered pretty hard during baseball season but I am here on a cold Tuesday evening in December, certainly not one of their busiest times.

It's really a shame that the service is so terrible and the dining room is so filthy here because this location is only blocks from my house. I purposely go out of my way to avoid this location.

The man who serves is the worst. One is paying. I ask him how my order is going and he doesn't tell me anything. Then he tells me to leave if I can't wait. It's horrible, honestly.

I’m a lifelong culvers fan, and this is by far the worst one I’ve been to. The workers are friendly but I’ve never had any of my orders provided correctly and many times they’re out of things. Once waited 30 minutes for a take out order ordered in advance. Gluten free here is a scam, they put any cheese on the bottom so it’s impossible to actually eat what you pay extra for. Management is honestly to blame, hope you figure it out before you’re solidified at 3 star reviews from the neighborhood. Good luck…

Every time I come here, I see about 10 employees, 3 of whom actually work, and the other 7 are fooling around.
Customers are not greeted but ignored. When I come to pick up my mobile order, as scheduled in the app, it takes about 10 more minutes, even if there are only 2-3 customers at the restaurant.
In the pick-up window outside, they tell you to go inside to pick up the order, while inside the restaurant, they tell you to go outside to the pick-up window.
No straw with the drink last time, no utensilf with the salad the time before that.
They are always too busy chatting and fooling around. What a stark contrast to every other Culver's I've been to in Chicago and everywhere else.

My recent visits to this Culver’s have been extremely disappointing. The staff appeared disoriented and unfocused, leading to mistakes with my orders on multiple occasions. Instead of an apology, I was met with a hostile attitude, which made the experience even worse. I hope management addresses these issues, but I won’t be returning to this location.

I’ve visited this Culver’s several times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been quite disappointing. Each time, my order has been incorrect, which makes the visit frustrating.
The staff seems inattentive, and the service could really benefit from improved training or better order verification processes.

That said, I appreciate the quality of the food when it’s correct. I hope management can address these issues to enhance the overall experience for customers.
