Almost every single time I’ve ordered food through a delivery app at this Culver’s location, they mess up something in the order. There’s usually a side missing or an ingredient added that we asked to be removed. They need to triple check orders before they make and bag them!

I love Culver’s but the sign, website, and google maps all say they close at 11. I walk by at 10:05 and they locked the doors as we were waking in so now I have to eat McDonald’s 🤮

This location continues to be disappointing which is a bummer given it’s so close to home. Fries weren’t cooked long enough and lacked crispness and freshness, the lobby had a foul smell in the air, and overall the experience was yet again not on par with Culver’s.

Received a single deluxe when I ordered a double deluxe. Called to inform them, and they hung up. Staff needs to be retrained with professionalism and pay attention to orders.
