Love Culver’s classic butter burger and absolutely necessary custard every time. A midwesterners fav!
Great location!

We waited for 40 minutes out in the cold for our food, then they told us 11 minutes after closing we wouldn't get our food.

I called and asked if they have ice cream at 10.43 and at 10.49 I was in the drive thru and they said they don’t have any . I showed them the call and manager said it’s not their number. However another employee confirmed it was their numbet

Terrible, sloppy; it’s a roll of the dice; they miss items and make no apology or refund (yes, meaning you paid for something never received, i.e. straight up theft). I’m sure individual workers are nice but the management is horrific and proud of it.

Been going here for about a year and today is the last time I ever will. Whole staff is childish and doesn't want to work or even take your order. There is one old man employee who is incredibly rude. Don't come here, spend your money elsewhere

The location is great located right across the street from Wrigley. I popped in to get lunch to go and got the Butterburger Bacon Deluxe and a med fry.
When I got home I noticed they forgot the bacon. Pretty bummed. The fries were good. I’ll just make sure to double check my order next time.

Location is open till midnight, but if you somehow get inside before 10pm they will complain and kick you outside and harass you until you go outside to wait even when it’s 0 degrees. The manager was the one harassing us employees were fine. Maybe label your store as closed if you are going to kick everyone out at 10 even those waiting on food when you close service at 12

Culver’s on Addison has perfected the art of wasting customers’ time. The line before closing is a circus — slow, disorganized, and managed by employees who seem allergic to efficiency. Instead of serving people fairly, staff openly play favorites, moving certain customers ahead while the rest of us are left standing around like we don’t matter.
This isn’t just bad service; it’s a complete failure to perform the most basic functions of a minimum-wage job. Taking orders, moving the line, treating customers equally — none of this should be rocket science. Yet somehow, this crew manages to botch it night after night.
If Culver’s wants to keep its reputation intact, they need to clean house at this location. Until then, expect favoritism, incompetence, and the kind of service that makes you wonder why you bothered stopping here in the first place.

This place consistently forgets most of the order - regardless of size there is at least 1-2 items forgotten every time that I have to back and ask to be made. Not worth ordering delivery from, you have to double check if you get pickup.

Almost every single time I’ve ordered food through a delivery app at this Culver’s location, they mess up something in the order. There’s usually a side missing or an ingredient added that we asked to be removed. They need to triple check orders before they make and bag them!

I love Culver’s but the sign, website, and google maps all say they close at 11. I walk by at 10:05 and they locked the doors as we were waking in so now I have to eat McDonald’s 🤮
