The location is great located right across the street from Wrigley. I popped in to get lunch to go and got the Butterburger Bacon Deluxe and a med fry.

When I got home I noticed they forgot the bacon. Pretty bummed. The fries were good. I’ll just make sure to double check my order next time.

This was my second time to this Culver’s location and I’ve been disappointed both times.

I specifically ordered a concrete mixer and both times, the ice cream was almost fully melted when I received my order.

I love Culver’s but this is so disappointing to happen twice now! Neither of the times I went were super busy, so I don’t know what is causing this. I’m not sure I’ll be trying a concrete mixer here again anytime soon…

I went to the store by Wrigley Field on Addison didn't get what I ordered when I called them to tell them what happened the main that answered the phone told me just bring everything back, when I told him that I lived far from the store he told me whatever and that he couldn't do anything else. He was very rude and I'll never go back
