I went to the store by Wrigley Field on Addison didn't get what I ordered when I called them to tell them what happened the main that answered the phone told me just bring everything back, when I told him that I lived far from the store he told me whatever and that he couldn't do anything else. He was very rude and I'll never go back
Great food, especially for fast food. Got a butter burger and cheese curds, both being good, but the cashier was quite rude, and was rushing me along when there wasn't even anyone behind me. I work a food service job myself, so I get it can be stressful and you want to get people through as fast as you can, but you shouldn't be rude about it. Besides that, good experience.

I specifically ordered a concrete mixer and both times, the ice cream was almost fully melted when I received my order.
I love Culver’s but this is so disappointing to happen twice now! Neither of the times I went were super busy, so I don’t know what is causing this. I’m not sure I’ll be trying a concrete mixer here again anytime soon…
