The manager and staff on shift on December 31st during their “happy hour” were literally incredible we didn’t have enough rice for our order and they gave us so much free food and they were so kind!!! Honestly made my NYE:)
Listen. I've never been to this taco bell as a sober person. But they have the patience and tolerance of a saint. Is it a long wait sometimes? Yeah. Do the doordashers get their order before you? Absolutely. But their staff works hardThey're going to listen and try to get your order to the right person. Working with drunk people and doordashers is literally the worst and they do it as well as possible. Their staff is the backbone of the franchise and I respect their work.

I dont live in the area, was visiting and only went here once, for a taco bell it seemed clean and neat and food was good but they got my order wrong and i was not about to ask them to fix it because the person working the mobile order area seemed to be salty, idk if she was having a bad day or going through something but she definitely had an attitude for no reason and I barely said 2 words to her.
