Service here is pretty quick and consistent considering their situation directly across from Wrigley. The location is nice and smartly decorated to withstand the hoards of late night partiers and Cubs fans. I have never seen anyone at the main POS/ Till area, and folks almost exclusively order for the kiosks at this location. I rarely eat when I'm in the city due to wasting my $ on a wrong order. BUT!!! Rosea the woman who took my order in the morning today restored my fath in eating fast food in Chicago. She was very kind an helpful. Please give her a raise or promotion. You don't get good employees like this ?♥️

Kid-friendliness: My daughter said this is her favorite McDonald's! Their sweet tea is so good. Service is fast AND FRESH! The workers are very polite and respectful of all guests. The store is clean. The atmosphere is nice... Especially being around a busy area near the cubs field.
