I dont live in the area, was visiting and only went here once, for a taco bell it seemed clean and neat and food was good but they got my order wrong and i was not about to ask them to fix it because the person working the mobile order area seemed to be salty, idk if she was having a bad day or going through something but she definitely had an attitude for no reason and I barely said 2 words to her.

i don’t like giving 1 star reviews of businesses, but this taco bell is horrible. other fast food options in the area have figured out how to get food out quickly and efficiently, yet this taco bell regularly takes over an hour for the smallest orders!I’ve waited 45+ minutes on multiple occasions and I like to give the workers the benefit of the doubt, but even when it’s slow in the neighborhood, this taco bell is HORRIBLE. I don’t need to be waited on hand and foot just get my food in a reasonable time!

ordered food on the app at 9:00 pm. got no updates about any sort of progress from the app. then, my first (out of 6) doordash drivers messaged me and said he had been there for over 30 minutes and nobody had helped him. the same thing can be said for at least three other drivers. at 11:00pm we had to just make our own dinner since absolutely nothing was being done. we made a full meal, ate our meal, AND did the dishes before i finally got a notification that my order had been cancelled at 11:45pm. absolutely ridiculous and terrible management

The manager and staff on shift on December 31st during their “happy hour” were literally incredible we didn’t have enough rice for our order and they gave us so much free food and they were so kind!!! Honestly made my NYE:)

Good on her for standing her ground but, how are u going to be so trashy over waters and four chalupas?Get it together.
Listen. I've never been to this taco bell as a sober person. But they have the patience and tolerance of a saint. Is it a long wait sometimes? Yeah. Do the doordashers get their order before you? Absolutely. But their staff works hardThey're going to listen and try to get your order to the right person. Working with drunk people and doordashers is literally the worst and they do it as well as possible. Their staff is the backbone of the franchise and I respect their work.

The food was what you'd expect from Taco Bell, but at least two of their better beers were flat, and I ended up settling for Miller Lite instead. Counter staff did their best to be friendly and attentive, but they've gotta up their game in replacing their beer cartridges. Likewise, they lost track of my order temporarily, which isn't the same thing getting it *wrong* but could be a real problem if I wasn't eating in and wanted to get going quick. I'll chalk it up to the possibility this might've been a holiday replacement crew (it was Christmas weekend, after all) and try them again at a regular peak time.

This Taco Bell has been updated from being an old dated one that had corrupt security guards hassling customers. now it's very clean and nice and the employees are all very nice and do a great job. Special events or busy evenings they get overwhelmed with orders so Corporate needs to keep them staffed and satisfaction will skyrocket. Britney the Manager is so nice to people and they always get my order correct. The food is top quality, fresh and hot and always correctly prepared.
