One thing I don't like are the fancy names, I went to this place after the tv commercials.Looking at the menu I got confused with fancy names, it make feel I was at sturbucks, well, I choose the chesseburger, fries and onion rings, then I had to try the shake, it was delicious, we were comparing flavors with two places we go for burgers, this was the best.The meat was cook to perfection, I know for next time I will go for a double, it was a delicious hamburger, my only complaint was the size or amount of fries for a medium size, don't take me wrong, I do not expect a whole bag of fries but a good amount, besides that...Thanks to the staff for the great service, I think they deserve a raise :), well, that's what I think.Great food and service was the signature to come back in the near future.

Renee at the Montrose location went above and beyond with great
Raw. Meat. Unfortunately, I was eating while driving and didn’t notice until I was halfway through the burger. I don’t understand how such a thin patty isn’t getting cooked all the way through. What was I waiting so long for if not that, at least? Fingers crossed I don’t pay for this in the next day or so. The sad thing is that I rarely get the chance to grab Culver’s and I tend to think of them as being more on top of things than most other places. Not today.

Props to the person with blonde hair in a ponytail on 2/22 around 7:30 working cash register, while dealing with upset customers, the people in the kitchen were refusing to remake the messed up orders and giving attitude (which I could hear from the lobby). Cashier handled everything with a lot of patience, much more than I would have. Definitely will come back for her service!

Love the food from this place, and the service is great... the only problem I had was trying to find a place to sit. It was a little busy, the place has plenty of tables, but majority of them were dirty. No one was wiping them down. Plus there was other people there, just using the place to eat food from elsewhere and using their visitor wifi.

Everything was so fresh and clean. We were greeted right away, had the different burger and meal options explained to us. Most impressively, we thought our coupon wouldn't work, but an employee instructed us to fill out surveys for free custard. That alone makes me want to come back here soon.

I like this location. Have been meaning to review for a while. Standing on the brown line platform, just saw an employee run after someone with her custard that she forgot! Wish I knew his name. About 5:20pm December 4.Always do the receipt survey to get a free custard scoop next time
