It was a good experience and my first time at the location on Ontario in Chicago. They have table and bar table seating The chairs are metal and the tables are wooden. They played a lot of music from the '80s which I enjoyed although the crowd of patrons who were there were probably born in the early 2000s and I wonder how they felt about the tunes. You have choices with how to order either at the counter or on a kiosk. I ordered on the kiosk and it was pretty simple and fairly easy to customize and make edits to my order. Initially, I wasn't sure about the size of the chicken slider sandwiches, but the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and told me how big the sandwiches were. Thank you, Renee! The sliders are in between the size of a standard slider and a standard chicken sandwich. I bought the 2-Slider combo that came with fries. I also ordered a fountain drink (Dr Pepper and Coke products). Eating one sandwich and fries was enough to satisfy me. The fries come with a seasoning on it and small containers of Dave's sauce (tastes similar to standard chicken dipping sauces). I was able to customize one slider with no spice and one with Caroline Reaper seasoning. The Reaper sandwich also came with a waiver for me to sign. The Reaper sandwich had a dry rub instead of a sauce. I prefer sauce over dry rub. It's definitely a very, very spicy sandwich. I love spicy food and have done the One Chip Challenge. Knowing that this sandwich would be spicy, I brought an orange to eat to clean off the spice after I had enough. I only took one bite of the sandwich and that was enough for me.

I called to politely ask whether the restaurant is still halal or if anything has changed. Instead of answering, the call was abruptly disconnected. While I hope this was a misunderstanding, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable, especially given that it was a reasonable question. It left me wondering whether this was due to bias rather than customer service...!!
